HRA Trainer - Job Description

 Human Resource Assistant Trainer


Job Objectives:
  • Recruit individuals
  • Guide them with their application process
  • Evaluate and interview job applicants
Job Requirements:
A. Able to speak and communicate exceptionally well in english
B. Comfortable working with people
C. Diligent and Proactive
D. Familiar with social media
E. Responsible & Committed
F. Must have a good working laptop or desktop
G. Good internet
H. High integrity

Working hours:

  • Flexible
  • Preferably can commit at least 3-5 hours a day
  • Daily reporting is compulsory
Resignation.
You must tender your resignation 30 days prior notice, to avoid any penalty.


Compensation:
10,000 unique applicants - Basic S$400 + $300 bonuses (P25,900)

To qualify for bonus,
( you must complete within a month. 
Organized reports. 
Get 10 hired staffs & 5% of applicants as active candidates. 
All applicants must be in your facebook page pm.
Telegram/Page/Group excellence.
Every applicant must be gathered in a telegram channel.
Compulsory to post job postings on  30-50 fb groups daily.
Compliance to orders and instructions.)
You may only qualify for bonus with excellent attitude, good working results, and great organizational skills.


If you decide to discontinue, your work will be prorated as follows:
5000 applicants - S$200
7500 applicants - S$300


Serious candidates must do proper daily reporting, and also indicate their HR-T's name (i.e. your name). All applicants must be informed that they have to share their contacts with me in order to be able to report. All reports must be sent to me and to hr. No reports means employment will be terminated.
HRA-Ts must ensure all details are correct and accurate. It is HRA-T's responsibility if the applicant do not know what to do. You must check on them from time to time.
HRA-Ts are also encourage to use autobot (manychat) for messaging for easier application flow. In this way, we can lessen sending messages manually.
All HRA-Ts must have at least 10 full time hired staffs. Excluding PB staffs. And 5% active candidates (about 500 of them)

Before payout, HRA-T must have at least 5% of their applicants as serious and actively committed candidates who are reporting daily.
Otherwise, your project fees may be heavily penalized.

After you have hit, your targets, and ready for inspection, do let me know so i can check your work. May take several days. And also tasks that are done not may be required to be done quickly before payout.
Missing or incomplete tasks and objectives may get your payout penalized.

Daily Reporting is mandatory.

All valid applicants must be recorded & stored in google sheets.
All applicants must also private message you via your facebook page.
Excel of the applicant records must be emailed to me every saturday before 6pm.
